TREELIGHT SHAWL by SOSU

The sun is peeking through the tree canopy by an azure blue lake, the water is mirroring speckles of clouds on this tranquil day. The Treelight Shawl by Susanne Sommer evokes this serene summer scene.  The shawl is knit sideways in sections of one-color brioche in two alternating colors.  Small stripes of two-color brioche introduce the contrasting sections of honeycomb brioche in the yellow and give the illusion of the sun peeking through the tree canopy, of treelight.  The shawl is surrounded by a garter stitch border and i-cord edges for a neat finish.
